Brookhaven was ultra invested in the student body and they invited me to come back for another study abroad. This invitation opened me up to the value of relationship building. Since then I approach people and opportunities with an openness to learn rather than take.
Frogman’s Print Workshops, Omaha, Nebraska
After Tuscany I took two buses to Zurich and almost missed my flight back to the United States. This was the summer before the pandemic and I had signed up for another workshop in of our most important printmaking hubs. In our workshop we had a week to make reductive woodcuts for a collaborative mural.
